2008 Anything Floats Insurance Form- Please print out and sign a form for each member of your team. Bring this along with you the day of Anything Floats.
2008 craft show form - Handmade crafts only please! If you are new to the area and would like to participate in the Craft Show on Saturday, please download this form, print it off and mail it to the address listed. You must sell handmade crafts! We cannot accomodate businesses or groups that want to set up booths for informational purposes. Event sponsors are entitled to set up informational booths. You must be an event sponsor to do this. Forms must be received no later than May 25 to assure a spot. Spots are not guaranteed until a contract is mailed back to you with your spot assignment in the beginning of June.
2008 Food Vendor @ craft show form - If you are part of a non-profit group and would like to sell food at the craft show (7/05/08) or another one of our events, please look over this form. Completed contracts with insurance forms and fees are due back by May 6th. Space is not guaranteed until the contract is mailed back to you. Email us via the contact us address on the main page if you are interested in selling food at an event other than the craft show. You must represent a non-profit group to sell food! Yes we said non-profit group!
2008 Jim Thorpe Track Meet Registration Form - Track meet will take place Monday, July 7th at The Ken Millen Stadium, Carlisle High School. Pre-Register now and mail the completed registration form to ‘The Sentinel, Attn: Mark Blum, P.O. Box 130, Carlisle, PA 17013’ or drop off by Friday, June 27th, Noon. You may also bring the form with you on the day of the event. On-site registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and the event begins at 6:00 p.m.
