2025 Food Vendor Application
Food vending opportunities exist for Opening Ceremonies ( 6/27/25), Craft show (6/28/25), Track & Field Meet, Anything Floats (7/4/25), and the Harrisburg Symphony (7/6/25). Please note, spaces are limited and not guaranteed until a Summerfair representative processes your paperwork.

2025 Kids Activities Application (for events during the craft show)
The 2025 Kids Activities are open to any business, charity or organization that would like to provide an activity for youth during the Carlisle Summerfair Craft Show on Saturday, June 28th from 9 am to noon. These activities must be free of charge. Carlisle Summerfair has the right to deny an application if it does not align with the mission of Summerfair.

2025 Jim Thorpe Track & Field Meet Registration
July 1st, @6 PM
Register here by June 29th
The Jim Thorpe Track & Field Meet will be held at Ken Millen Stadium, Carlisle High School on July 2nd at 6 PM. There are track and field events for all ages 3+. Each individual may register for no more than 3 events. All participants will be emailed information prior to the meet. It is PRE-REGISTRATION (BY JUNE 29th) only and ribbons can be picked up at the Stuart Community Center after July 6th.
EVENTS:
3-4 year olds: 50 yard dash
5-6 year olds: 50 yard dash
7-10 year olds: 50, 100, 200, 400
11+ year olds: 100, 200, 400, 1600
Standing Long Jump - all ages
Softball Throw - all ages
Wicked Walks of Carlisle
Pre-registration is required for this event! Ages 16+ ONLY.

Wayne Powell Memorial Golf Outing

Intro to Pickleball (ages 10-17)
June 30th 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm– Letort Park, 260 East Pomfret St (Rain Site –Stuart Community Center, 415 Franklin St). Join CAPA (Carlisle Area Pickleball Association) as they host a FREE Intro to Pickleball clinic from 6-8PM at Letort Park Pickleball Courts! In the event of inclement weather, the rain location will be the Stuart Community Center (415 Franklin St). An email will be sent to participants by 3:30pm the day of the clinic if the rain location will be used. Pre-Registration is required. Please wear athletic clothes, bring a filled water bottle & pickleball paddle if you have one. If you do not have a paddle, please list that with your registration. Register HERE

Course Information and Awards:
The Run/Walk will be timed and results will be posted in a timely manner.
There will be no official awards for age groups or overall male / female race winner.
The bulk of the Run/Walk will occur in the surrounding neighborhoods around Dickinson College.
